Please provide details for every owner on the title. Owners can be individuals, companies or trusts (including SMSFs), just select the right type for each.

All properties under our management must be registered for smoke alarm compliance. As a landlord you have a duty of care to your tenants, including the installation and maintenance of smoke alarms meeting the Building Code of Australia, the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act and the Residential Tenancies Act.
As a landlord you're responsible for the service and sewerage supply charges. If your property is separately metered and water efficient, this cost can be passed on to your tenant.

Cass Property works with a select group of tried and tested trades at an affordable rate for our owners. Let us know if you'd rather we use trades of your own.
Once we've received the information above, we'll prepare your Management Agreement and send it to you electronically via DocuSign for signing.
